I handle all the logistics, vendor communication, timelines, and little details behind the scenes so you (and your family) can be fully present and enjoy every moment. My goal is to take the stress off your shoulders so you can simply soak in the joy of the day.
Even though it’s called “Day-of,” my support starts well before that! I typically step in about 4–6 weeks before your wedding to review your plans, finalize your timeline, and make sure every vendor has what they need.
Absolutely! Once I come on board, I’ll reach out to all your vendors to confirm arrival times, setup details, and logistics. On the wedding day, I’ll be their main point of contact so you’re not getting constant questions or interruptions.
That’s exactly why I’m there! From weather changes to missing boutonnieres or late arrivals — I’ve seen it all, and I always come prepared with backup plans. My job is to solve problems quietly and efficiently so you never even know anything went wrong.
