 (“Site”), operated by Amanda’s Joy Photography. By accessing this Site or booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

Clients must contact Amanda’s Joy Photography through the inquiry form to book a session or event.

• Bookings are not confirmed until both parties agree on details and a retainer or contract is completed through HoneyBook.
• All retainers are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Amanda’s Joy Photography.

2. Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the Fayetteville, AR area and will be added to the total investment.

3. Photo Ownership & Usage

• Amanda’s Joy Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images until the client’s balance is paid in full.
• Upon full payment, clients receive a personal use license for the delivered images.
• Clients may share photos on social media or for personal purposes but may not alter, sell, or submit them to publications without written permission.
• Amanda’s Joy Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing by the client.

4. Editing & Artistic Style

Clients acknowledge that Amanda’s Joy Photography provides services consistent with her artistic style and editing process. Requests for heavy alterations, filters, or re-editing may incur additional fees or be declined.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, they must contact Amanda as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. In the event of cancellation, retainers remain non-refundable.

If Amanda’s Joy Photography is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded, or an alternate photographer may be provided with the client’s approval.

6. Liability

Amanda’s Joy Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond her control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, uncooperative subjects, or venue restrictions.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted services.

7. Website Content

All content, text, and images on this website are owned by Amanda’s Joy Photography and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please check this page for the latest version.
